Specific Material Description

ABS is a glossy acrylonitril butadiene styrene copolymer which is known for its good impact resistance, even at lower temperatures. Due to its good heat forming, welding and glueing properties this material is used for extensive construction possibilities.
The maximum allowed continuous service temperature in air is 80 °C.
The useful temperature range for mechanically loaded applications tends to 97 °C.
