PPs-EL is a self extinguishing, and also electrical conductive. Therefore it is an ideal material for applications in which electrostatic loads are to be avoided.

The surface resistance is < 3.5 x 10² Ω.

These properties, combined with the exceptional chemical resistance, explain the fact that PP is abundantly used in he chemical industry.
