VikuBoard CP 4.3 is multi-walled PP sheet with stud structure.  VikuBoard CP4.3 sheets are made up of three layers of polypropylene foil. The core consists of a threedimensional
thermoformed bubble structure of PP foil. A PP top layer is then laminated on both sides of this core. The result is a plate with exceptionally light weight and extraordinary stability. VikuBoard CP4.3 sheets are 100% recyclable.

Specific Material Description

Polypropylene or PP can be bent an infinite number of times without breaking. By cutting and milling (V-seam) to the bottom of the top layer, the VikuBoard sheet can be bent or folded to both sides without any problems. This seamless folding makes the board extremely suitable for applications in bodywork construction such as interior walls of cars and commercial vehicles.
