This water thin primer/cleaner is used as a pre-treatment for pipe and fitting. This is to create a chemically resistant joint for our PVC-u and PVC-C pipe systems.

The use of a primer in combination with the adhesive is necessary, as the primer not only degreases the pipe but also softens the PVC to ensure a good connection.
