Polyflo double wall PE100-RC pipes were developed to reduce the risks involved in transporting aggressive and toxic chemicals. Polyflo is a double containment piping system of unitary construction, with the fittings being manufactured through extrusion techniques. This gives Polyflo the advantage of providing smaller diameters than the Agrusafe system.

Polyflo is also simultaneously welded using classic butt weld equipment.

Specific Material Description

PE 100-RC (RC = resistant to cracks). Modified PE100, which until recently was only used for special, customer-specific applications, is now used throughout the entire Agru Polyflo product range. The main technical advantage of PE 100-RC is that it is significantly more resistant to slow crack growth. This saves costs during installation, improves safety, and extends the service life of the entire piping system.
